V\u011bt\u0161ina potravin se takto d\u00e1 uva\u0159it bez oloup\u00e1n\u00ed, t\u00edm p\u00e1dem v&nbsp;n\u00ed z\u016fstane mnohem v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pod\u00edl vitam\u00edn\u016f, proto\u017ee jejich nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed se skr\u00fdv\u00e1 pr\u00e1v\u011b pod slupkou.<\/p>\n<h2>V \u010dem napa\u0159ovat<\/h2>\n<p>V p\u00e1\u0159e si snadno p\u0159iprav\u00edte zeleninu i&nbsp;maso, ale t\u0159eba i&nbsp;knedl\u00edky, a&nbsp;to n\u011bkolika zp\u016fsoby.
