Molekul\u00e1rn\u00ed gastronomie m\u00e1 sv\u00e9 ko\u0159eny na Oxfordsk\u00e9 univerzit\u011b, kde s&nbsp;kulin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdmi experimenty za\u010dali fyzikov\u00e9 Nicholas Kurti a&nbsp;Herv\u00e9 This.
