Historie kimchi se tak za\u010dala ps\u00e1t u\u017e <b>p\u0159ed 3&nbsp;000 lety<\/b>. Na za\u010d\u00e1tku se zelenina fermentovala pouze v&nbsp;soli, a&nbsp;to v&nbsp;hlin\u011bn\u00fdch n\u00e1dob\u00e1ch \u201eonggi\u201c, kter\u00e9 se zakop\u00e1valy hluboko do&nbsp;zem\u011b na n\u011bkolik t\u00fddn\u016f a\u017e m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Kimchi se v&nbsp;podob\u011b, v&nbsp;jak\u00e9 ho zn\u00e1me dnes, za\u010dalo fermentovat a\u017e v&nbsp;17.&nbsp;stolet\u00ed, kdy se v&nbsp;Koreji objevily <b>su\u0161en\u00e9 \u010derven\u00e9 chilli papri\u010dky<\/b> a&nbsp;dal\u0161\u00ed ingredience. My pro v\u00e1s v\u0161ak m\u00e1me docela <strong>jednoduch\u00fd n\u00e1vod<\/strong> na p\u0159\u00edpravu kimchi v&nbsp;dom\u00e1c\u00edch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch. Chce to jen tro\u0161ku kr\u00e1jen\u00ed a&nbsp;pon\u011bkud odlehlej\u0161\u00ed m\u00edsto ke kva\u0161en\u00ed. Nechte ho odpo\u010d\u00edvat ide\u00e1ln\u011b p\u0159es noc, <strong>nejm\u00e9n\u011b v\u0161ak 2 hodiny<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3>3.&nbsp;krok<\/h3>\n<p>Odle\u017eel\u00e9 zel\u00ed je nutn\u00e9 <strong>odsolit<\/strong>. D\u016fkladn\u011b ho proto propl\u00e1chn\u011bte pod tekouc\u00ed vodou, ochutnejte, a&nbsp;pokud se v\u00e1m zd\u00e1 st\u00e1le slan\u00e9, postup opakujte. Nakonec ho vy\u017ed\u00edmejte a&nbsp;dejte stranou.<\/p>\n<h3>4.&nbsp;krok<\/h3>\n<p>N\u00e1sledn\u011b se pus\u0165te do&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edpravy ostatn\u00ed zeleniny. V\u0161echnu omyjte pod tekouc\u00ed vodou a&nbsp;nechte okapat. <strong>\u0158edkev<\/strong> nakr\u00e1jejte na tenk\u00e1 p\u016flkole\u010dka, <strong>mrkev<\/strong> nastrouhejte nahrubo a&nbsp;<strong>jarn\u00ed cibulku<\/strong> nasekejte zhruba na 1 cm velk\u00e9 kousky.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3>5.&nbsp;krok<\/h3>\n<p>P\u0159ipravte si chilli pastu.
