L\u00e9to za n\u00e1mi, do&nbsp;V\u00e1noc daleko a&nbsp;my se ocit\u00e1me uprost\u0159ed sychrav\u00fdch m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Do toho v\u0161eho shon, stres, pr\u00e1ce, rodina, \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd prostor na relax a&nbsp;venku pr\u0161\u00ed, kdo m\u00e1 \u010das a&nbsp;chu\u0165 myslet na zdrav\u00e9 zdravov\u00e1n\u00ed? No a&nbsp;takto za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 v\u011bt\u0161ina \u010dl\u00e1nku na toto t\u00e9ma. M\u016f\u017eeme si te\u010f tady \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee je ironii, \u017ee se na podzim \u010dasto odd\u00e1v\u00e1me dort\u00edk\u016fm, chleb\u00ed\u010dk\u016fm a&nbsp;dal\u0161\u00edm dobrot\u00e1m (p\u0159ece na zlep\u0161en\u00ed n\u00e1lady) a&nbsp;p\u0159itom se jedn\u00e1 o&nbsp;nejhor\u0161\u00ed mo\u017enou volbou, co se boje proti stresu t\u00fd\u010de.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e1le si m\u016f\u017eeme odsouhlasit, \u017ee n\u00e1m zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e9 potraviny zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed akor\u00e1t pocit letargie a&nbsp;t\u00edm p\u00e1dem jsme m\u00e9n\u011b schopni se s&nbsp;n\u00e1ladmi vypo\u0159\u00e1dat. M\u016f\u017eeme se upozornit na velmi tenkou hranici mezi t\u00edm, kdy se z&nbsp;jednoho j\u00eddla na zlep\u0161en\u00ed n\u00e1lady m\u016f\u017ee st\u00e1t den pln\u00fd j\u00eddla na zl\u011bp\u0161n\u00ed n\u00e1lady, dva, t\u0159i, t\u00fdden, m\u011bs\u00edce. Co n\u00e1s k&nbsp;tomu stresu dovede? Nezp\u016fsobujeme si jej sp\u00ed\u0161e v\u00edce m\u00e9n\u011b sami? Nen\u00ed to sp\u00ed\u0161 t\u00edm, \u017ee si d\u00e1v\u00e1me nere\u00e1ln\u00e9 c\u00edle a&nbsp;ve chv\u00edli, kdy se n\u00e1m neda\u0159\u00ed nebo je prost\u011b jen pochmurn\u00e9 po\u010das\u00ed, negativn\u00ed emoce ne\u0159\u00edzen\u011b zaj\u00edd\u00e1me? Nebylo by pro na\u0161i psychiku lep\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e se sna\u017eit 100%-n\u011b dodr\u017eovat zdrav\u00fd \u017eivotn\u00ed styl, kter\u00fd n\u00e1s akor\u00e1t vh\u00e1n\u00ed mezi ml\u00fdnsk\u00e9 kameny a&nbsp;pocity viny, si sem tam dop\u0159\u00e1t co n\u00e1m chutn\u00e1? V&nbsp;r\u00e1mci jedn\u00e9 ze studi\u00ed byly \u017eeny rozd\u011bleny do&nbsp;dvou skupin, jedna na striktn\u00ed diet\u011b, druh\u00e1 m\u011bla povoleno voln\u00fdch dn\u016f reps. j\u00eddel.
