QUANTITY: 0.75 l ___ The first IPA brewed in the Matuška brewery combines Czech and American hops. The IPA type originates from England in the 19th century. IPA was exported by the East India Company to India, where England had its colonies. The beer had to survive the long ship journey in a warm environment, so it was brewed stronger and more hoppy. Hops protect the beer against harmful bacteria.
