Place the dumplings in the water with the tip down, bring to the boil and cook on medium heat for approx. 6 minutes. After the time has elapsed, turn the dumpling over and cook again for 6 minutes on medium heat. Then remove the dumplings and let them cool for 2 minutes. In the microwave: The cooking times are approximate. Soak the dumpling under running water, place it on a plate, put it in the microwave and heat for about 1 minute at 600 W, about 40 seconds at 800 W and about 30 seconds at 1000 W. For each additional dumpling placed in the microwave, add 20 seconds to the cooking time. Convection oven: 100 °C, 100% steam. On a perforated, lightly oiled baking sheet, place the frozen dumplings next to each other so that they do not touch.
