Our homemade meat and cheese jams in a glass have a shelf life of at least 1 month. We make jams honestly in our kitchen and we only add ingredients that we believe in. We recommend preserves not only separately with fresh bread, but also as an ingredient for further cooking. Shredded meat for burgers, broth for sauces.
